It’s what is referred to as the “hour-tourbillon”. The movement itself rotates with the central bridge acting as the minutes hand and the central wheel as the hours hand. This piece comes as a full set with all original boxes and papers. Warranty card is dated 5/27/2021 so this watch is still covered under the original Ulysse Nardin factory warranty.
